Did You Know You Can Transform Your Office With Art — Without Commitment?
Art has the power to define a space and shape how people experience it — especially in the workplace. Yet when it comes to offices, choosing art often feels like a permanent decision, one that requires certainty, budget clarity, and long-term confidence.
Office art rental offers an alternative: a flexible, thoughtful way to integrate high-quality art into professional environments without immediate commitment.
Why art matters in the workplace
A well-considered workspace does more than function efficiently. It influences how people feel, think, and interact.
Art can:
Establish atmosphere and identity
Enhance focus and well-being
Communicate values with sophistication
Transform neutral spaces into intentional, inspiring environments
For many companies, however, purchasing art outright can feel restrictive. Tastes evolve, teams grow, and spaces change. Renting art allows offices to remain visually agile while engaging with high-quality works, thoughtfully and confidently.
Transform your office with art — without long-term commitment
Renting art gives companies the freedom to experience artworks in their space before making permanent decisions.
Instead of choosing art under pressure, offices can experience how a piece interacts with architecture, light, and daily routines. Over time, artworks become part of the working rhythm, subtly shaping atmosphere, mood, and perception.
This approach allows for more confident, considered choices — where every artwork earns its place naturally.
What office art rental can look like in practice
Imagine a space that functions perfectly yet feels unfinished. Through carefully curated art rental, selected works can introduce character, depth, and cohesion.
Meeting rooms gain focus, shared spaces encourage conversation, and first impressions become more intentional. Over time, art moves beyond decoration to become a subtle, meaningful presence in the workplace.
How office art rental works at The Line Up
At The Line Up, office art rental is tailored to each client and space.
Rental is calculated as a monthly percentage of the artwork’s selling price: 2.5% for works above €50,000 and 3% for works below. For artworks with a selling price above €100,000, the rental value is subject to a tailored offer.
Professional transport can be organized upon request and is billed independently, ensuring each artwork is handled with appropriate care. Insurance coverage is arranged by the client.
Every rental includes personalized curatorial support, with an in-depth consultation of up to two hours, subject to a fee. This ensures expert guidance on artwork selection, placement, and the desired atmosphere of the space.

Art rental allows companies to integrate artworks thoughtfully into their spaces, experiencing how pieces interact with light, architecture, and daily life — all without permanent commitment.
A recent collaboration with Mayerhofer Interior Design Studio illustrates this perfectly, where artworks from our represented artists seamlessly merge into interior design, creating environments that are both refined and distinctive.
